What does it cost me to become accredited as a service provider?

Nothing. Registration is free.

What are the ongoing costs of being a service provider?

The only cost you incur is when you have made a successful bid. We even reimburse your fee if the job is cancelled. No job - No fee.

However, if, as we hope, you find that you are able to obtain a substantial flow of work through MotorMoves.com then you may wish to subscribe to become a monthly subscriber. The choice is yours.

Can I place ads?

You certainly can advertise commitments you have which you are unable to fulfil profitably.

How do I find out that a new job has been advertised?

You will receive an email.

There is an option to receive alerts by text.

You just sit down and browse the jobs.

Can I ask the client questions about the job?

Yes you may email them. Any attempt to send your contact details or elicit details from the client ar strictly forbidden. Anyone found trying to circumvent the system to avoid paying the success fee will be expelled from the system

Is there anything I should tell the client?

When you enter your bid it can be helpful to the client if you tell them exactly when you are likely to be in a position to undertake the job. You should also advise them of the size of unit that you are using in case there are any access issues.

What happens if the job is cancelled after I have paid the win fee?

If the job was cancelled by the client we reimburse you. Should the job be cancelled because it cease to be convenient to your operation you do not receive reimbursement.

Is there a limit on the number of jobs I can bid on or win?

There is no limit you can bid as frequently as appropriate jobs become advertised.

Is the auction weighted in favour of any particular company or organization?

Absolutely not. The auction is fair whoever has the bid that best suits the client scoops the job.

I made a bid but I have been underbid can I re-bid?

Yes. You can bid as often on any one job as you wish until the job is sold.

What is the "BUY IT NOW" feature?

The client is saying to service providers: this is my target price and I am to pay this without any bidding. Should you consider the but it now price realistic you can accept and buy the job. If you consider that the client is being unrealistic you can place a higher bid.

Will I get notified of jobs only in my home area?

We have no idea what your plans are and where your units maybe so every job advertised is sent through to you. Those relevant you bid on those that are irrelevant you ignore.

What about jobs to and from Europe?

Yes jobs to and from Europe will be advertised and again will be made available to all service providers.

Won't some service providers make a low bid and then make extra charges?

This is a shortcut to getting expelled from the system. THE BID YOU MAKE IS THE AMOUNT THE CLIENT PAYS. The bid must include VAT and any storage or re-delivery charges. The only grounds for making additional charges are:

• The client has varied the collection or delivery address
• You was delayed more than 30 minutes at the collection or delivery point
• There were unusual circumstances relating to the vehicle or locations not described by the client

If additional charges are to be levied they should, wherever practicable be agreed in advance with the client.

Are there any grounds on which I will be expelled form the system?

MotorMoves.com are wholly committed to ensuring that the clients receive only the very highest standards of service. As such, we will react very robustly if a client has a well founded complaint against a service provider.

There are a range of penalties:

• request to reimburse some or all of the fees paid by the client
• Suspension of varying length
• Expulsion

Acceptance, refusal, suspension or expulsion from the system is entirely at the discretion of MotorMoves.com.
