IMPROVING THE CONVERSION RATES OF BIDS/ Changes t

We have conducted a lot of research amongst those who have placed listings and did not accept a bid this is what we have found:

Reason for not accepting a  bid:

19% found a lower bid elsewhere 81% were not sure who they would be dealing with because of the annonymous username and limited profil available.

We are seeking to address that issue

We have modified the way that the Motormoves system operates:

The £8 flat fee will remain in place however the place however, the profile page will be limited to username and your feedback.

However, we have introduced a new £29 per month subscription system the advantages of this will be:

• A single flat fee per month no individual payments for each job won.
• When you place a bid your profile page will be totally visibile to theclient. On that profile page you may place ALL your contact details, phone number and website address.
• For those of you out on the road a lot this will mean that when you place a bid the client can contact you immediately to clarify detailsand to make arrangements for the job. The client does not need to wait for you to get near a computer hours later. This reduces the chances of the client losing patience and finding a carrier elsewhere.
• If the job is urgent i.e. needs to be undertaken within 24 hours you will receive the client^s contact details allowing you to phone them immediately. So, if you are out on the road and a handy return load that suits you comes up, you can grab it.
• For those who want to provide details of their company^s track record, here is your opportunity to have a profile page that sets out, clearly who you are and why you are the best service provider for the job.
• Because you are on the subscription system you will not have to bother with making individual payments for jobs.
• For those who are actively winning a lot of bids, this will reduce your costs.
• If  you see a listing that ideally suits you but your acceptance is time critical,, you can email us and we will release the client^s deatils to you.

Should you decide to become a subscriber, you can always revert back to the pay as you go" system.

When you become a subscriber PLEASE if the client calls you direct and accepts your bid can you ask them to go back onto the system and click "accept bid" this will avoid your fellow service providers bidding on jobs that are no longer available.

Removal of the "anonymity" complaint and the speeding up of communication between both parties we feel will lead to a considerable increase in the level of bids being accepted.
